We love the Ambiance! It was very unique! We came December 30, I don't know if it was just busy or short staff but the service was not great during our visit. We waited 45 minutes to be seated and 30 more minutes for chicken and waffle.

Food was super delicious ate every bite Chicken came out hot and crispy waffle perfection. Service over the top even with the busy time we were there. The restaurant is done up with chickens that come up and sing with names of stars. Kids will love it and adults with smile to see the joy on their faces

This place is so cute! The animatronic chickens add to the fun atmosphere! Surprisingly the food is REALLY good! The ham has amazing flavor and my husband thoroughly enjoys the chicken and waffles. All of the servers are so nice and always seem happy. We don't have small children anymore but our family still lives going here.

Stopped in on a Sunday, sometime around brunch. The hostess quoted us, a family of 6, a 25 minute wait, but it was defintiely less than that. We were seated and promptly given menus and utensils, and our drink order was taken. Coffee was hot and pretty good! We all ordered something a little different. My husband especially liked his waffle and I thought my eggs and potatoes were seasoned and cooked well! Everything was hot and came out quickly. The atmosphere was great! The kids enjoyed the chicken shows and picked out a chicken stuffed animal for our baby. We walked around the restaurant checking out all the chicken names, which were fairly comical. Bathrooms were okay-- there was some toilet paper all over the floor and no paper towels in the holder, but I'm sure those are things they were probably taken care of since it was closer to closing time. The dining room seemed fairly clean though. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating, even with the sling for the carseat in the middle of the walkway. They give a military discount and I think we paid like $60 for everyone to eat. If we are in the area again, I would definitely go back.

Food was good. Tacos didn't have much ham but were good. Good service by Luke. Decor is cool.

This is the place to go with small children. Animatronic chickens and pancakes, what more could you ask for? My kids got the Oreo pancakes. They were delicious. I ordered the one healthy thing on the menu, the avocado toast and it was disgusting so I highly recommend getting something like pancakes or chicken and waffles. I tried my kids and my husband Ms chicken and waffles and that is the way to go. I highly recommend this spot with young kids.

We loved this Southern-Style breakfast that wasn't just filled with good food....but with over 100 singing animatronic chickens!!! That's right. As soon as we saw this place being advertised we knew we had to go. It was SO much fun and the food was surprisingly great for being in such a touristy part of Pigeon Forge. The prices were really reasonable and it was a large portion of food. I got the chicken and waffles and it was amazing. The waffle was fresh and fluffy and the chicken had the perfect amount of batter on it. We were at Frizzle Chicken Cafe for a little bit less than an hour during breakfast and we got to see the chickens sing 2 songs. This is such a fun place for adults and kids and is a place we will for sure return to on our next vacation to Pigeon Forge!!!

As a die hard chicken gal, this restaurant was a must go for me! We called ahead and checked if there was a wait, they told us to hurry over because there would be one soon. They were right! It was packed by the time we finished up. The staff were all so friendly and the service was very fast. The chickens are animatronic and sing songs - the highlight of my visit. Food was good, service great, restaurant and ladies room spotless. The store at the front was so cute, we got shirts. Parking lot is a bit tight, more parking out back. A must visit!
